Reef Aquariums of Miami is proud to present you $20 FLAT Rate U.S.A Shipping!

Flate Rate $20 shipping covers between 1-3 specimens, depending on size.
We strive to bring you the best shipping experience possible.
All shipping prices include a $10 Packaging/Handling Fee.
We ship our corals on Tuesday. This allows us to guarantee Live On Arrival.
All Dry Goods are shipped Monday - Friday.

We ship all of our corals double bagged, in Styrofoam inside a box similar to the one pictured above, we also include heat/cold packs dependent on transit route and current weather conditions. We will attempt to ship as many corals as we can safely for you in one container so your shipping costs are minimal, however if we are unable to accommodate your order size in one box we will email you.

         Returns

We guarantee our animals will arrive alive, from our hands to yours and gaurentee its life for the first 24 hours.
Should your animal not survive the first 24 hours from delivery time please contact us immediately and include an image of the dead carcass along with an explanation of what occurred.
We are not responsible for the death of an animal due to means other than natural death (ex: improper water/tank conditions or bullied or eaten by another animal).

Your guarantee is void if you do not contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Should this case arise, your animal will be replaced. If we are unable to replace your animal, we will refund you the amount you paid, minus the shipping costs.

We will not be held responsible for Weather/Flight delays. We will do our best to send your package when there are no flight/weather delays in the transit route.

*Your 24-hour guarantee is void if you were not available for the first delivery attempt. We will email your tracking number as soon as your item is shipped, please use this valuable information to schedule yourself to be available for delivery of your time-critical package.
